Guests are greeted with a signature tropical welcome drink and a refreshing scented towel. A personal concierge assists with luggage and escorts guests to their ocean-view suites.
Time for Relaxing & Unpacking: Guests can settle into their rooms, explore the villa, or unwind after their journey.

•  6:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Welcome Orientation
Meet the Sol y Alma team and fellow guests in the villa’s open-air lounge with sunset views. Overview of the retreat’s vision, schedule, and amenities.

•  7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Gourmet Welcome Dinner
A multi-course dining experience by the private chef, featuring locally sourced ingredients and Dominican-inspired flavors, served al fresco by the pool.

•  9:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Free Time
Unwind in your suite, enjoy the villa’s infinity pool, or sip cocktails at the exclusive rooftop bar.
